Bongiwe is an ambitious, bubbly and outgoing young lady who wishes to help serve justice in South Africa and hopes to be an advocate who practises law fairly and justly. She has just completed her Matric.
WHY ARE YOU PURSUING STUDY AT ST AUGUSTINE COLLEGE?
Bongiwe has stated that “the skills I will acquire while studying with you will help me serve as an ethical and intelligent leader in society” She specifically wanted to study at St Augustine College because of the “high quality of teaching and the individual attention paid to students because of the small classes.”
Bongiwe especially enjoys the “Student-to-lecturer” discussions and the College “helps groom young African leaders. “ She has “met many interesting people with whom I have shared knowledge”
WHAT ARE YOUR CAREER AMBITIONS
Bongiwe would like to have her own well-functioning law firm and to specialise in more than three fields of law. Once she has obtained her BA degree she would like to further her studies with an LLB degree and continue until she has obtained a Doctorate in Law.
“With this degree in hand I’ll be able to change the way our society looks into our country’s and continent’s (in the long run) politics, democratic system and governance with the help of those that share the same ideals with me as together we
will help heal and develop a continent filthy rich with natural resources and yet full of open wounds sand scars that carry an unforgiving past into the present and future of our lives”
